How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of words you submit. Your first Gramlee is always free, up to 100 words! Try it out and see how our service works for you.
When you decide to use the service again, you'll need to buy words so they can be added to your account balance. For example, if you want to submit 500 words for editing, you'll need an account balance of at least 500.
Who does the editing?
We employ independent editors who have a strong passion for writing and editing. These are people who handle hundreds of pieces of sensitive writing communications every day. We employ only the best in the business with a proven track record for accuracy and reliability. Don't take our word for it though -- give it a try!
For submissions under 3,000 words, we guarantee a 24-hour turnaround during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific Time.
However, we are often able to complete revisions in less than 3 hours!
If you submit a Gramlee during the weekend, we'll get to it on Monday morning. (Some of our editors work on weekends, unannounced. These are the folks on our team who are obsessed with editing when they have nothing better to do!)
Can you do expedited work on weekends?
Yes we can! However, it's going to cost you. We have a number of editors who have said they are willing to take on special projects during the weekends. If you send us something on Friday and absolutely need it by Monday morning, we can work out a special arrangement with one of these editors. Send us an email if you need this service.
Can I use more than one email address with my Gramlee account?
You can only use one email address. The email address that you provide when you buy words is used to identify your account. When you send a Gramlee, make sure to always use this email address.
You can, however, create more than one Gramlee account. Some companies have multiple people set up to use Gramlee. Each account is identified with its own email address -- person1@yourcompany.com, person2@yourcompany.com, etc. Each account will have its own balance of Gramlee words.
In terms of privacy, how safe is it to use your service?
Privacy is an essential part of our service. We DO NOT share your information with others. Once an edited version of your message is sent back to you, our editors are not able to see that information again.
